The hotel's prime location near the train station was a highlight, making it convenient to explore Brooklyn attractions. However, the management’s unresponsiveness to complaints, inadequate room sizes, malfunctioning HVAC, and faulty room keys marred the overall experience. Despite these setbacks, the welcoming staff and easy access to subway lines were some positives.

Excellent location and friendly staff, but lacking in-room amenities such as a refrigerator and free Wi-Fi.

It was our weekend and we will come back. The shuttle in town was a great perk and breakfast was included.

One area for improvement could be the consistency of housekeeping services. Ensuring that rooms are promptly cleaned and restocked with essentials would enhance the overall guest experience.

staying at sheraton downtown was a breeze from the swift check-in process to the comfy bed. the convenient location near the subway and brooklyn bridge made visiting family a joy. being in the heart of brooklyn allowed for easy access to shopping and entertainment.

location of the hotel was very good, close to the subway stations. district is rather business but everything is easily accessible in 20 min on Manhattan. chmabre and especially the king size bed was VERY comfortable. clean on the whole, room, sheets, towels, clean every day, real happiness after a day outside. housekeepers are very nice and room corresponded well to our expectations in terms of space! little extra is the fact that you can make your own coffee in the room, in addition to the starbuck coffee in the entrance hall.

It's a pity because the hotel may look a bit run-down in some places. It deserves a little bit of a makeover, like the entrance which does not seem to be that of a big hotel! It's very big, more than 25 floors so a lot of people and a lot of passage in the corridors some evenings...(not necessarily noisy) Too bad there is no fridge in the rooms but we were there in autumn so we didn't necessarily need freshness ;)

Restaurant. Expensive and in addition to the frankly bad Pizza ("very chewy" elastic cheese). Too bad the room service was giving out coffee but no tea. card to operate the elevator does not always work well (other customers had the same problem). Not enough real restaurants nearby (except fast food).

The ultra-comfortable Sheraton Sweet Sleeper ™Bed with its fine linens and down-filled pillows and comforter provided me with a wonderful night's rest, ensuring I was rejuvenated for my meetings and activities the next day. The convenience of the hotel's location made it easy to explore the vibrant city of New York or simply relax and unwind after a busy day.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size with a comfortable bed. Starbucks coffee and free bottled water provided. There is a fitness center and a Starbucks onsite. The location is convenient, with easy access to the subway and many dining options nearby.

the sheraton is so clean and close to 3-4 subway stations - making it super convenient to get around. i didn't realize how close it was to the brooklyn bridge - only a 20-minute walk! and the staff - they were always friendly and willing to help.
